What I process
When you write to me through the contact form, I process the details you give me: your name, email or phone, and any project details you share (who the website is for, what kind you want, a link to your current website, your message). I use them only to reply and prepare your free design.
Who sees it
The form sends messages through Web3Forms, which forwards them to my email. I don't pass your details to anyone else or use them for anything besides answering you.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics (GA4) on this website, but only if you agree in the cookie banner. It helps me understand what interests you here. IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
How long I keep it
I keep messages from the contact form for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). For any question, reach me at the email below.
